We, PSB Bersatu Enterprise (001984948-W) as a mandates for Principal Seller, hereby confirm with full legal and corporate authority, responsibility and under penalty of perjury that we are READY, WILLING, AND ABLE to supply and are READY to enter into a transaction for the purpose of selling commodity specified below under the following terms and conditions:

 Delivery Schedule per Month                : 10,000 MT (minimum order)

 Price                                                     : RM2,950.00 or RM 2930.00 per MT. C.I.F Port Klang.
 Shipment Size                                       : 10,000 Metric Tons.
 Inspections                                           : To be specified by the Client and SGS Company

Destination Port                                    : CIF Malaysia.
Shipment Size                                       : 10.000 MT / Metric Tons Per Month
Inspections                                           : To Be Specified by the Client and SGS company.

Contract                                               : 1 (one) year with roll and extensions
PAYMENT TERMS                            : Full  TT / BG / 100% LC  Before loading.
PAYMENT TERMS                            : The payment of  RM29,500,000.00 or RM29,300,000.00

For The Total Quantity of the  10,000 MT by Issuing 100% Transferable Letter of
Credit At Sight Confirmed Before Loading, by the Buyer’s Bank, Payable 100% At
Sight to the Seller’s/Supplier’s Bank against Presentation of All Shipping
Documents As Per Letter of Credit To The Buyer’s Bank.

LOADING TIME
•       Within 15-25 Days after the Receipt of full payment By the seller.


INSPECTION
•       Export inspection certificate by SGS on quality and weight at seller's
•       By SGS at shipping point on cost of seller.

PERFOMANCE BOND
•       USD 150,000.00  of seller Mill insure

11. Charter Part Agreement

Validity

SCO is valid within 3 (three) working days from the date issuance and to Buyer’s confirmation of the procedure.
